Payment Timing
The 15% fee is payable to you, generally, within 60 days. We process all the referrals for a given month together, verify they meet our simple criteria, and then send the checks or deposits.
To clarify payment timing, a referral from day one in a month will likely not be paid for 45-60 days, while a referral late in the month might be paid in 15-30 days. This is because we batch our payments after the end of the month.
Fee Calculation
The 15% fee will be based on the final price paid by the customer. For instance, our minimum fee is $129. Your commission on that service fee would be $19.35. Other customers may pay as much as $325 or even more. In that case, your commission would be $48.75 or more.
Referral Cards
Once you register with us, we will send you a quantity of referral business cards which you could simply provide to the families of the deceased.
Referral Criteria
If you are registered with us, our customer only needs to provide the name of your funeral home or service when they sign-up for our services. It is our standard practice to ask prospective customers if they were referred to us and by whom. We include that question in our initial customer questionnaire.
It’s as simple as that. (At least for now. We reserve the right to make changes to our requirements, but we pledge to avoid changes unless we uncover abuse or deceit.)

While these cumulative fees may not amount to a significant amount for you, we hope that they demonstrate our gratefulness for the referral. At the same time, we’d like to think that the fee perhaps bought your valued employees a well-earned night out with loved ones, or coffee and rolls for a morning meeting.
