We are on a mission

to help people navigate the unpleasant entanglements of online digital life, primarily when related to loved ones who have passed.

We became aware of these issues in previous roles at an online company that sold urns for human and pet ashes, commemorative products like jewelry and more.

While interacting with customers who lost loved ones, we learned how worried many of them were about their loved one’s online legacy. They lamented that they didn’t have login information, including passwords, that would give them access to the site. And even if they did, many weren’t sure what they would do even if they had the passwords. As empathetic people, we were always saddened to hear those stories.

Like many others, the Covid epidemic caused us to rethink how we wanted to live, where we wanted to work and what we did for work.

After much thought, we knew we wanted to continue helping those many people who lost loved ones, but this time in a different way—to help manage the deceased’s online legacy and to untangle people from unwanted digital engagements. It is rewarding work.

It is worth saying that we are in this for the long-term. Therefore, our reputation means everything to us. We will always predicate our actions on safety and security. In addition, if by some chance we can’t help you solve your online needs, we will tell you so and provide a refund. Honesty and integrity guide our decisions and all our interactions with you.
